Return information


If you want to return (a part of) your order through DHL, please put the unworn article in the original packaging.

Please note: you can only return your order within two weeks after receiving the order. Your return will be processed within approximately two weeks after we’ve received it.

You can return your order easily and free of charge. In the parcel you will find a return form that gives you the precise instructions for returning the product. In six convenient steps:

  1. If you decide to return the order, please return the product(s) unworn and in their original package. Obviously, you try out the products for size.
  2. Circle the reason for returning the order on the order form.
  3. Make sure the package with the filled in return form is properly sealed.
  4. Stick the enclosed return label on the box and deliver it to a DHL Parcel Shop. The parcel must be returned 14 days after delivery. In case you didn’t receive a return label, report your return to the following website: (You will be asked if the parcel is smaller than 80x50 cm, fill in 'yes')
  5. You will receive proof of return from DHL either at the servicepoint or via the email. Hold on to this until the return order has been completed. When you return the order in a store you will also receive proof of return.
  6. You will receive the amount paid in your bank account within 14 days after your return, provided that we received the return.



You can only exchange an item in our brand stores within 2 weeks after your purchase. You can find our addresses on It is not possible to return your package in one of our dealer stores.

If you want to exchange a product online, you will have to return the product you wish to exchange and place a new order. We do not charge any shipment and return costs.

Returning or exchanging your order or part of the order at the store.

You can also choose to exchange or return the order in a Shabbies Amsterdam store near you (only possible in the Netherlands and in Belgium). You can only exchange the products in our own stores, not at our other points of sale.

  1. Write down your return reason on the order form enclosed in the parcel.
  2. Put the completed return form in the original box. Stick the enclosed return label on the box and bring the package to one of our brand stores.
  3. After we’ve received your return, it will be processed within approximately two weeks.


  1. Take the return and exchange form and the product to a Shabbies Amsterdam store.

  2. You can choose a new product at the store.
