Return information

If you want to return (a part of) your order, please put the unworn article in the original packaging. Please note: you can only return your order within 30 days after receiving the order.

Free returns

Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany can be returned free of charge via our return portal. You can find our return portal here.

You can easily return your item(s) by following the steps below:

  1. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order in the return portal.
  2. Select the items you want to return and indicate the reason for your return.
  3. Confirm your return and choose your preferred return method.
  4. Please note: We kindly ask you to return the item(s) unworn and in their original packaging. Pack the shoebox securely in an outer carton and make sure the package is properly sealed.
  5. Drop off your return package at a drop-off point of the relevant carrier. Keep the shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Refund

The refund of your returned order or item(s) will be processed as soon as possible and no later than within 5–10 days after receipt of your return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Do you have questions about returning your order? Please send an email to webshop@shabbiesamsterdam.com and clearly state your order number.

Important: If you have questions about the status of your return and/or refund, please also include the track & trace code of your return in your email to our customer service.

Unfortunately, exchanging items via the webshop is (currently) not possible.

Would you prefer a different size or colour? We kindly advise you to return your current order via DHL and place a new order.

Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany can be returned free of charge via our return portal. You can find our return portal here.

If you paid (partly) with a Fashioncheque, we will refund the corresponding amount back to the card. Therefore, please keep your Fashioncheque safe after placing your order.

If payment was made using a combination of Fashioncheque and another payment method, the refundable amount will be divided across all payment methods used.

If your return label shows “supplier JD”, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service team . They will assist you with the return process and provide you with the correct instructions.
