Complaints and warranty
On our handmade shoes, bags and small leather goods, the legal warranty applies. This means that the product meets the expectations you may reasonably have. If you purchased the item through our own channels, we will do our utmost to work together with you to find a suitable solution. In doing so, we take sustainability, quality and, of course, customer friendliness into account.
We apply a standard goodwill period of six months after the purchase of your Shabbies Amsterdam item. After this period, each complaint will be assessed individually to determine how we can best resolve it. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
We do not provide warranty coverage for normal wear and tear, such as worn soles, broken zippers or other defects resulting from improper or careless use.
Did you know that wear and signs of use can often be prevented by maintaining your shoes properly? Via our maintenance page we are happy to advise you on the correct care for your shoes. All required maintenance products are also available in our webshop – very convenient!

This is necessary to determine whether the repair is covered under warranty.
