Waxed leather

Waxed leather is similar to smooth leather, but feels somewhat oil - like under the fingers. To treat waxed leather optimally, follow two steps.

1. Impregnate with Collonil Carbon Pro
When using the Collonil Carbon Pro, you keep your shoes water- and dirt-repellent. Minuscule particles penetrate the surface of the shoe and cover all individual fibers. The result? A waterproof shoe that lets your foot breathe. We recommend spraying shoes and bags every two to three weeks.

2. Care with Collonil wax leather spray
The wax leather spray gives the leather extra protection and nutrition. It is important that you spray evenly and keep the can at a distance of 20 centimeters from the leather. If you spray too long on one surface you risk darkening the leather. After spraying, polish lightly and the leather will regain its full appearance.
